There are SO many different stories about when, where, what, size, weight, breeding, food and feeding say about what you should and shouldn’t do when you have or are seeing an Barn owl.
Me and my partner chose to turn to good and solid sources, here is two of them if you feel like reading more about Barn Owls!
http://www.maltafalconrycentre.com/ – Malta
http://www.barnowltrust.org.uk – England
We have also taken a full course in Falconry, handling different kind of Bird of Prey (mainly Barn Owls). This include good basic skills in handling and training Bird of Preys and important information about nutrition and diet.

Then
Born: Late 2011
Size: Head to tail feathers: 34cm
Head to toe: ca 24cm
Colors: White heart shaped face and white chest with dark grey/black spots.
Inside wings: Fully white covered with small black/dark grey spots.

Feet:Three very sharp claws in the front and one sharp in the back.
Arias don’t likes: Strong sun and heat. Towels!, not really fond of strangers trying to pet me, loud sounds and voices like screaming and when they try to mop the floor!
Arias favorites: Food (especially mice!), cuddles with my owners ( especially when they scratch me on my head), listen to the song of the Tv-show Friends, it calms me down for some reason, evening walks, jumping up and down on my rocks, flying around in the house and bathing!
