Today we decided that we would give Aria a go of flying by her self around in the house. Of course we closed some of the bedrooms to keep an eye on her.
We release her just before we put her back to her perch and what does she do? Haha fun! or not. It took her about 2hours if not more before she actually realized that she was loose!
She flew in to the kitchen on the closest chair and sat there for at least 30minutes. We decided to move her in to one of the chairs in our bedroom where she sat for about 15 min and then back to her own spot just outside our door.
Leaving for the night and going for a walk we decided that we would let her be loose until we got back. After a lovely walk and a spontaneous exploring of the hotel just down the road, we were back. Only to find her in the “wardrobe room/ guest room” were she first lived in when she first came home with us!

It feels really good that we have done so much progress with her and that we actually feel now that she has her own place where she feels at home. <3

Today it’s official! Sis Julia is coming for a visit on Tuesday! Gonna be so much fun to have my first family member over to Malta. I can’t wait!

Feels like the weekend began yesterday. After studying all day yesterday, I caught up with Helen in the later in the afternoon to give her a little bit of support when we went to Bobbys Tattoo in St. Julians. After only a few minutes in the chair Helen has now joined me in the “cool people with ear piercing” club. Welcome! :D 
So instead of heading to the gym we picked up Eddie and went for a beer and cider at Crows. Thank you for a lovely and fun evening!

Today is Friday and we’ll head of to the gym and maybe the Sauna afterwards who knows?

Yesterday was the last night in Malta for my friend Sandra. After living in Malta for just about 1 year, she decided it was time to move back to Sweden.
We had a couple of drinks and some snacks at MedAsia in Sliema and a last goodbye.
Sandra was one of the first people I got to know when I came to this country. I hope she will get settled in back home. A really nice but still a bit sad evening. Will miss you. <3

Today I am continuing with my course and this 12point question that never seems to have and end!

New week, Eddie’s back at work and I’m back to my course!

Got a letter from the Post Office Malta yesterday.
After keeping Eddie company to the bus stop, and then I continued up the second mountain of stairs to the Post office! I noticed that the package was from my mum and sis! YEEAY! As usual I just HAD to open it on the way! Swedish candy and a top I saw my mum had bought a while ago that i really liked. I got the same one! Mum your awesome!
As I was sitting back here at the computer, a bit happy with my self I have the first call since my other phone broke down. (I am now back on my old phone with the same number). Josefin calls me, saying she is in Bugibba asking to come around. YEAAYY!! AND Aria is back to normal.
Usually i am not very fond of Mondays, but this Monday as so far been pretty good!

Thank you Mum and Julia, I love you!

Now time for some breakfast and I hope that you will have just as a good day as I have!

After a most relaxing day we decided that we should sit outside on the balcony, open the bottle of wine that we bought at the Marsovin summer wine festival. With butter popcorn we sat by the pool with lit candles and nice wine listening to the live music from the hotel next door.

Today Aria squawked for food and jumped on to the glove happily and grabbed her dinner! For the last two days she has not wanted to eat properly and has been been grumpy, but things are getting back to normal, even with a small progress! Have a nice weekend.

Today we have been grabbing a coffee with Josefin at Costa Cafe in St. Julians and afterwards we headed for the gym. After a power workout we treated our self  by swimming and sitting in a steemer and sauna for some relaxation. Relaxed, we are now back home. Has been a pretty fine day today i think!

Today we had a fine visitor, Josefin! A great lunch out, with lemon sorbet as dessert.
It has been a wonderful day with good food and wine, sunbathing, swimming in the pool, snacks and beer.
Aria is waking up, doing her morning gymnastics and tonight all three of us will go for a walk around Mellieha (where we live). I hope that you also will have a great night!

Yesterday was the first summer vacation day. We celebrated with some lovely drinks and some game of pool at our local Pub called Billys Bar.
Aria came out for a little evening walk down to the local supermarket before we left for the night. Happy with her new cleaned area and a new box to make “homey”. =)
Today has been a most relaxing and peaceful day.
