The China Africa Project, How to Understand Chinese-related Environmental Problems in Africa – 中南对话

As I started to read this article I was very hostile, I do understand the Chinese a bit better now, why the market is the way it is. But if you compare China to Vietnam, China still do if for decorations and pretty things. What Vietnam is doing is STILL very wrong, but I can understand them a bit better than the Chinese.
Think about this, just because somebody else is doing it, it doesn’t mean you can do it!
If somebody jumped of a cliff, would you do it? I hardly think so!
If somebody shot you sister for a large amount of money and you would get the same amount if not even more? would you still do it? what is your sisters life worth to you? He or she just killed your sister, was that wrong? “everybody else is doing it so why not me to? as long as the market is high enough right?”

Just because someone does something it does not give YOU the right to do the same, especially if the country IS NOT YOURS!!!

Zim man gets 15 years for poisoning elephants | News24.

Good news! I was down in Gzira last week and had a meeting with one of the head people of Birdlife Malta. I am now reading and getting myself updated with the newest in the EU law and Birds Directive. Hopefully I can do a good job in helping the thousands of birds having to pass Malta each year without getting shot!. You see, Malta is pretty much the last country for so many birds and endangered species to pass on their way to Africa. As far as I have learned is that Malta is avoiding and keeps on slipping through the cracks and is breaking the law. the link below is what everybody can read about, and if you keep yourself updated about what birds actually gets shot, you can easily see that this is just the tip of the iceberg!

finally!!

After a short vacation in my partners hometown Birmingham, England we had surprisingly good weather! autumn sun, little bit cloudy and no rain! I got to meet my boyfriends whole family. All of them are very nice people welcoming and friendly during the circumstances. I got so see where he grew up, stories that’s been told to me I got the tour where pretty much everything happened which was lovely! And I can’t believe so much cheap shopping!! I highly recommend Birmingham over London for that! We also went to the new MASSIVE library of Birmingham. It might not sound as very fun but the design and structure of it was beautiful! At the top of i the building they have reconstructed Shakespeares personal library. All his old book and everything. It was really amazing! So if you are interested in design and culture I recommend this place. It is only a short walking distance from the city center shopping.
The Britannia hotel where we stayed was in the middle of everything and it is really good price!

Tomorrow we will have some guest coming to visit from Ireland! juup juup!

Hope you all will have a good day! YAY!

Tada
