I like to see what is left over in the kitchen, I have come to realize that the smallest things that you usually throw away can be turned in to something so nice and tasty! I have made many nice things but for the first time I have taken the time to write down some notes!
I usually mix things together and mostly go after taste and texture depending on what I am going for! So I recommend that you do the same for the best taste!
This is my new recipe
Fruit & Fiber Muffins! - 6 Medium Muffins
Oven: 200 degrees Celsius
app. 25gram salted & tasty Butter/ Margarine
6 tbls White sugar
1 tbls Liquid Honey
1 Egg
100ml White flour
app. 5-10gram Baking Power (More or less)
1-2 tbls Cinnamon (Dep. on how strong flavor you want, I used 1 tbls)
100-150 ml Kellogg’s Fruit and Fiber
6 Medium Cupcake holders, Paper.
1. Start by melting the butter slowly on medium heat in a sauce pan and start the oven.
Add sugar and honey, – Melt and whisk all 3 ingredients together. Turn down to low heat and let bubble for app. 5 min, whisk with even time space.
2. Whisk egg with an electric whisk until “fluffy”. Add the liquid whilst whisking.
3. Add (drizzle down) flour and cinnamon whilst whisking. Whisk until smooth dough.
4. Crumble down the Kellogg’s in to the dough, mix together.
5. Place the dough evenly between the 6 cupcake holders.
Place in the middle of the oven for app. 20-25 min. Serve whilst warm for best taste!
So today I served V’s Fruit & Fiber Muffins at work!
I recommend to serve it with either mixed fruit tea or cappuccino!
Ready to Serve!
See you next week!
